When I was at the grocery store this weekend, there were so many shelves of Easter cookies and cupcakes. To be honest, they all sort of looked alike. Egg-shaped cookies dusted with pastel colored sprinkles and pastel frosted cupcakes with bunny and Easter egg decorations. Recently I learned about Isabella’s Cookie Company and I was amazed by how unique their cookies were and how perfect they would be for W’s Easter basket!
The Springtime Sugar Rush takes a new approach to the pastel cookies of the season. They are made with a crunchy cookie topped with all-natural, pastel-colored vanilla frosting and yummy sprinkles! These are only available through April 11th and would be great additions to this year’s Easter basket.
Over Spring Break, I was visiting family on North Carolina and some samples of cookies from Isabella’s Cookie Company arrived the day after I flew back to Houston. I didn’t have a chance to try them but my family raved about them! They loved the “Eggs”-traordinary Robin’s Nest cookies they got to try!
These cookies are absolutely adorable and don’t look like any of the cookies at the grocery store! These cookies are creamy chocolate, peanut butter and oatmeal-based cookies shaped like an Easter basket and covered with rich candy-coated milk chocolate eggs. These are perfect for Easter and would love great at the dinner table or in an Easter basket!
If you’re looking for some sweet treats for your Easter basket this year, the “Eggs”-traordinary Robin’s Nest cookies are festive and delicious!
