Spring and summer are all about getting outside and enjoying nature! But when a rainy day hits, you can still have fun with a nature theme! We had a blast making these easy no bake flower cookies together recently!
Easy No Bake Flower Cookies
I love cookies whether we bake them together or just eat them together. Decorating cookies is something my kids love to do but it can often be an activity all by itself. So by starting with store bought cookies as a blank slate, we can focus on making them our own!
What You Need:
- Cookies – We used thing wafer cookies shaped like flowers but you can also use Nilla wafers
- Wilton Icing Writers (buy here with my Amazon link)
What You Do:
The directions are simple for this one! Simply let your kids decorate the cookies to look like flowers. I outline the edges of ours and used a different color to be the middle. But you can let your kids get as creative as they want!
That’s the fun of this activity! It’s easy to set up and easy to clean up!
Plus you get to enjoy some yummy cookies when you’re all done!
We love our Wilton Icing Writers too because they’re great on cookies, cakes, and even on bananas. Don’t ask about that last one. Weston really though it would be fun to decorate a banana so I let him one day. Sometimes you just have to say yes!
Tell me how you would decorate your no bake flower cookies! Daisies? Sunflowers?
