Finding Toddler Feeding Balance with Help is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Sprout® Organic Baby Foods. The opinions and text are all mine.
One thing we’re trying to do in our lives is make small changes for the better. I figure that every little thing I can do is better than nothing. Whether it’s getting rid of chemical cleaners and using essential oils instead or making organic food choices whenever possible, every little change helps. So lately I’ve been working on finding toddler feeding balance but I’ve needed a little help! Luckily I’ve had help and we’re making some great changes!
Finding Toddler Feeding Balance with Help
It’s really important to me that I have good food to offer my kids, but we’re also a busy family so I depend on convenience as well. Toddler feeding is all about finding a balance between the two while also having something on hand that Carrigan enjoys.
So I’m all about options with real, pure ingredients. Even when we’re running from pre-K pickup to swim lessons or from an appointment to T-ball practice, I want good food for the kids.
Quality & Convenience
On my quest to continue making easy changes, we recently added Sprout® Organic baby/toddler food and Sprout® Organic Toddler Snacks to our weekly grocery list. They’re available at H-E-B where we shop regularly so that makes them even more convenient. The pouches of food and bags of snacks work perfect when we’re at home and when we’re on the go. So I always have something great to offer Carrigan.
I really love that Sprout® Organic baby/toddler food is USDA certified organic with BPA free packaging. They don’t use acid preservatives and they have no additives, fillers, or added flavors. Plus, the flavor names match the ingredient lists so you’re getting what you think you’re getting! It’s real food, even for the youngest of family members and I love that!
Variety & Flavor
I’m always trying to get Carrigan to try new flavors and because Sprout® Organic baby/toddler food is made with real food, I feel good about using it to introduce new flavors. She is a fan of the pouch and is willing to try almost anything she can eat from a pouch. So it works well for both us! When you have a picky eater, it’s all about getting them to give different foods a chance. It’s part of that toddler feeding balance I’m talking about.
These days toddler feeding in our house is all about independence. Carrigan wants to feed herself and if we don’t let her, she lets us know that she’s not happy about it. So that’s another reason I’ve been depending more and more on Sprout® Organic baby/toddler food and Sprout® Organic Toddler Snacks these days. They give me a great option that she can use on her own while getting quality combinations and food. It’s a win for both of us!
So if you’re playing the toddler feeding game these days and trying to find balance, you can learn more about Sprout® Organic baby/toddler food by visiting sproutorganicfoods.com or connecting on Twitter!
