The holidays might be over but we’ve got a fun winter printable activity for the little ones to keep the seasonal fun going! Winter is a great time of year to make themed crafts and make some memories with easy thinks like our kids winter printable! Check out how easy it is to print it out and keep your kids busy!
Fun Winter Printable Activity for Little Ones
Winter is actually one of my favorite seasons for themed fun. When I was teaching, I loved reaching winter books and doing craft projects with my students. Now I love doing them with my kids! Snagging a winter coloring printable like the ones in our Winter Time Fun Pack is an easy way to keep the kids busy this time of year.
Our winter printable activity pack is designed for preschoolers since Carrigan is one (and I’m always looking for things to do with her). The kit includes:
- a winter coloring printable
- snowflake sorting activity
- memory matching winter activity printable page
- easy winter-themed graphing activity
Printables are a great way to have some fun with your kids. If you’re looking for more ideas, we have even more free kids printables here. For another winter activity printable, be sure to check out our Counting Mittens pack!
All you need to get your kids started on these fun (and easy) winter preschool printables is a printer, crayons (we love Crayola Ultra-Clean Washable Large Crayons for little hands), a pair of scissors, and some tape!
Winter Coloring Printable
The winter coloring page is easy for the youngest of preschool kids to older. All you have to do is encourage different coloring skills as your child gets older and the page will work great for all of your little ones!
Snowflake Sorting Activity & Memory Matching
The next two pages do require a bit more parent help. For the snowflakes, you’ll probably need to cut them out for your child. Then have your child put them in order from largest to smallest or smallest to largest. Once you’re done sorting, you can use them for a craft project as simple as gluing them to a piece of dark blue construction paper!
The memory matching winter activity printable page also needs a parent’s cutting skills. I like to print this page on cardstock or glue them to construction paper once they’re cut out (so you can’t see the color through the paper). Then turn the mittens over and play a memory matching game!
Easy Winter-Themed Graphing Activity
For this winter printable activity, cut out and tape together the cube to make a winter-themed dice to roll. Then have your child roll the dice and color in a square on the chart!
You can have your kids take turns and see which shape fills the chart first. Or you can give them ten rolls to see what comes up the most. You can make up any game you want with it and play it different every time! If you laminate the chart you can use the same one over and over!
So get started with our Winter Fun Time winter preschool printables and keep your little one busy until the weather warms up!
