Stress Management Affirmations

This has been an insanely busy week for me with the start of the new school year. Stress management affirmations only seemed appropriate this week. With kids going back to school, I know I’m probably not the only mom who is feeling a bit stressed out. I know I’m not the only teacher!

When it gets to be a bit too much, just stop a take a few moments for yourself. Say a few affirmations to turn your thinking around. You just might find that the day is easier to handle!

  • What needs to get done will get done.
  • I release all stress and expectations of what I think I should be.
  • I am grateful for today.
  • I am in charge of my life.
