Provella for Women
When I think of probiotics I think of a certain yogurt commercial that has been mocked more than a few times. To be honest, it was the reason I avoided trying probiotics for quite a while. But last year when I had the opportunity to try them for the first time, I decided to give it a go. I figured I would see what all the hype is about.
Once I tried probiotics, I was hooked. I definitely saw a difference in my health. So I was very interested in trying Provella. It’s a probiotic dietary supplement that is designed for women. It’s designed to promote female digestive health, immune health, and feminine health.
Provella includes six strains of “good” bacteria including Lactobacillus acidolphilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, and Bifobacterium bifidum.
That is exactly what I was thinking when I read the list of bacteria. I will admit that I really don’t know what they all do or what they mean. I am more about how I feel when taking the supplement.
Two Weeks with Provella
After two weeks of using Provella, I can definitely tell a difference. I am extremely regular (in case you were wondering) which makes me feel better. I definitely feel like my body digests food more effectively when I’m taking probiotics. One feature I liked about Provella is that it only needs to be taken once a day. It can be taken with or without food. So it’s convenient which is definitely good for busy moms.
You can learn more about Provella in the video below.
So the real question is… will I continue to use Provella? Definitely! I can tell the difference when I’m taking probiotics and I like the way I feel! You can find Provella at Drugstore.com and there is a Provella coupon currently available that will save you $6!
Have you ever tried a probiotic supplement?
