Back to school is a busy time for many families, ours included! So I’m always working on new dinner ideas that are quick and easy so I can get my family all sitting down together before we have to go our separate ways. My slow cooker is a huge help in the fall as we get back into the school and after school routine. I love being able to toss everything in and forget about it until dinner time rolls around. And this slow cooker cheeseburger casserole has proven to be a favorite around our house!
