Some of the easiest ways to boost your pregnancy nutrition are simple swaps. Here are some examples:
- Swap your usual lettuce for spinach in your salads. Spinach has tons of folate!
- Swap sour cream for nonfat yogurt to add more calcium to your day.
- Skip the ranch dip and try some hummus with some veggies. You’ll get tons of protein and fiber.
Up Your Calcium
