Meet Carey aka Grambo!

Becoming a grandmother was one of the greatest days of Carey’s life. She never wanted to be called grandma and instead settled on Grambo, the Rambo of Grandmas! Now she needs all the survival skills she can get as she lives under the same roof as her grandkids. It’s an adventure but one that keeps her young!

While she’s lived with the The Simple Parent crew since before the kids were born and before the blog was born, she joined the team as a contributor in October of 2014. It only made sense that she join the team she’s definitely part of the action!

Grambo offers a unique perspective as she doesn’t get a break from her grandparenting gig. Living in an apartment above the garage, she’s part of the kids’ lives every single day.
