Easter Recipe: Easter Jelly Bean Bark
Easter is right around the corner. It’s coming so quick this year that I wasn’t even surprised when stores started putting out Easter things. It actually made me think I needed to get in gear and get in the kitchen. I had a very easy Easter recipe in mind this year. But I wanted to do a trial run before I made some to give as gifts.
When I said easy, I meant easy too. In fact, you only need two ingredients to make my Easter Jelly Bean Bark. Yes, you read that correctly. Two ingredients. And the prep time is only a few minutes too. I’m addicted to making candy bark these days and I adore jelly beans around Easter. So, I figured I could easily combine and make something delicious for Easter!
Easy to Make Easter Candy Bark
To make Jelly Bean Bark, all you need is a bag of your favorite jelly beans and a package of vanilla almond bark. You can also use white chocolate or candy melts in spring colors. Get as creatives as you want! I personally like the look of the white vanilla almond bark because the colors of the jelly beans pop!
Oh, and another great thing about this candy bark is that you can change up the flavor with different varieties of jelly beans. When I stopped at the store to pick up our beans, there had to be at least 15 different types including my favorite traditional Brach’s, Starburst, Jolly Rancher, and even sour jelly beans!
Talk about the possibilities!
And all you have to do is pour out some jelly beans in a pan, melt your almond bark, pour it over the beans, and then scatter some more jelly beans on top. Once it cools, you have an easy and delicious Easter recipe!
