Did you see my Easy Easter Egg Cookies? I love them because they are such a fun little crafty project that ends up with a tasty treat too! These are the same reasons that I love these Easy Peanut Butter Easter Eggs! It’s just another way to decorate some Easter eggs without having to make actual cookies, candies, or eggs!
They work great as a last minute project for the kids to do!
Easy Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
Since there is no baking involved, they are easy to make without much planning. Next time you see Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs at your local store, grab a few to have one hand. And food decorator pens are one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. They are so much fun to use and work on so many different foods!
What you need:
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs
- Food decorator pens/Edible ink pens (affiliate link for my favorite pens on Amazon)
What you do:
- Use food decorator pens to decorate peanut butter eggs. (Place in refrigerator when finished if not eating right away.)
It’s really that simple! And if your egg gets a little melty or you don’t plan on eating it right away, you can pop it into the refrigerator until you’re ready for it. I think they would be adorable as part of a place setting at the Easter dinner table. Or they would be adorable together with a few other eggs on festive holiday plate.
It’s just a fun way to get involved in Easter egg decorating without needing any real eggs!
