Can I admit that I dread cleaning the house? Yes, I do and I know I’m not alone.
I do the weekly cleaning chores that have to be done but when it comes to doing a good deep cleaning, I put it off as long as I can. There are a few times each year when it just has to be done. So I roll up my sleeves and get down on my knees. Using a fall cleaning checklist this year has made it seem far less daunting than before so maybe all I need is to break up the tasks a bit.
Because I cannot head into the holiday season without knowing my house is clean. That stresses me out and Grambo too!
Fall Cleaning Checklist
I came up with the ten things I do around the house to get a deeper clean before the holiday chaos ensues. By doing just one or two things off the list each day, my house is sparkling by the end of the week!
These cleaning chores are great any time of year. I actually do the same ones about every three months to get that deep clean feeling without being overwhelmed. I usually do it before the holidays, after the new year, after school gets out and before school starts each year.
