Have you ever heard of a Fluffernutter? If not, then you’re missing out. A Fluffernutter is a sandwich made with peanut butter and marshmallow creme. It’s usually served on white bread but lately I’ve seen people go with new takes on the classic. I actually want to trilled a grilled Flutternutter sandwich one of these days! But for now, I’ve got a tasty idea for the next time you entertain — a Fluffernutter Cheesecake Ball!
Fluffernutter Cheesecake Ball
If you like peanut butter, marshmallows, and chocolate then you’re going to like this one! And if you dip with graham crackers, it’s almost like peanut butter s’mores! How amazing does that sounds?
But enough of my drooling, check out how easy it is to make your own Fluffernutter Cheesecake Ball in time for entertaining season!
What You Need:
- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 Cup peanut butter
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 10 regular sized marshmallows
- 1 cup tiny (hot chocolate) marshmallows
What You Do:
- Melt your regular sized Marshmallows in the microwave for 30 seconds
- With a hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, brown sugar, and melted marshmallows
- Add your chocolate chips and mix again
- Set in the freezer for 1 hour
- Take your mix out of the freezer, and form into a ball shape
- Pour your tiny marshmallows onto a plate and roll your cheesecake ball around in the marshmallows
- Serve with some pretzels, graham crackers, or apples, and enjoy!
