Sweet Tomatoes Catering Equals Party Success
This year I had the brilliant idea to have W’s birthday party early when some of our family was visiting from out of town. Living in North Carolina, it will be rare that my dad and stepmom happen to be in town to celebrate with us. But they came for Thanksgiving so I planned the party for the weekend after Thanksgiving. Crazy right? Not with help from Sweet Tomatoes Catering!
Seriously, consider this mom saved.
We did two Thanksgivings in two days and a birthday party the next day. If I’d had to prepare a bunch of food for the birthday party, I’m pretty sure I would have spent Sunday in bed trying to recover. It was worth all the work I did do though. It’s all about the memories.
But it’s also about the food.
Fresh and Wholesome with Sweet Tomatoes
As part of the food for W’s party, we had the opportunity to try the Sweet Tomatoes catering introductory offer. It includes Caesar Salad Asiago, Chicken Wonton Happiness Salad, 2 pasta salads, baked potatoes with all the toppings, assorted muffins and chocolate chip cookies. The two pasta salads we had were Tuna Tarragon and Broccoli Madness.
If you’ve been to Sweet Tomatoes before then you know that these are some of the staples on the menu. They also include some of our favorites. Grambo was thrilled with the Tuna Tarragon and we both love the Chicken Wonton Happiness. Oh, and J loves chocolate chip cookies. So I knew we had a hit on our hands.
We’re huge fans of Sweet Tomatoes and it’s one of the restaurants we can go to with W where he will usually sit and eat a little. I think it has to do with the great variety of food choices available.
Sweet Tomatoes catering provided food for 10 people. Well, I’ll admit that we probably had closer to 25 people in and out of the house during the party. The only extra food I added to the mix were the cupcakes and some appetizers. And there was more than enough food. We had leftovers which came in handy for dinner and for lunch the next day.
I have been to parties and gatherings where the catering ran short and I was worried this might happen to me. But I worried for nothing because of the generosity of the Sweet Tomatoes catering package!
I loved being able to offer our party guests such an amazing variety of food. And I’ll admit that I also loved not having to prepare it all! It was so convenient and so delicious! I wouldn’t have expected anything less. Oh, and the staff member that delivered the food to my home was amazing. She was so friendly that I wanted to just invite her in to stay!
I have a feeling that we will be taking advantage of the Sweet Tomatoes Catering again in the future!
