Rice Krispies Pumpkin Treats
Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted butter
Two 10 oz. bags of mini marshmallows
10
cups
Rice Krispies® cereal
1/4
teaspoon
salt
Wilton orange Color Mist

Tootsie Roll Midgees
Instructions
Spray a 9 x 9 pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large sauce pan, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the marshmallows, stirring constantly until melted.
Once the marshmallows are melted, remove from heat and stir in the cereal and salt until well-coated.
Using a rubber spatula, transfer the cereal mixture to the prepared pan and press down firmly and evenly.
Allow to cool in the pan completely.
Once cooled, cut the treats into 6 squared then roll into even shaped balls to resemble pumpkins.
Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Place the pumpkins on the lined baking sheet.
Spray each pumpkin with the Wilton orange Color Mist until coated evenly.
While the pumpkins “dry”, use a knife to cut the 6 Tootsie Roll Midgees in half.
Add a piece to each pumpkin by pressing firmly into the top to resemble the stem.
