Baked Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients
1/2
lb
Yukon Gold Potatoes
cut into 1 inch cubes

TBS
vegetable oil
2
TBS
butter
melted
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
seasoning salt
2
heaping tsp dried parsley
1
medium onion
chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well to combine.
Spread out evenly on large baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring once.
Turn heat up to 500 degrees.
Bake for 25 more minutes, stirring again.
Serve and enjoy!
