Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken & Rice Soup
Ingredients

lbs.
boneless chicken thighs
trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes

10 3/4 oz. cans cream of potato soup
2
10 3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
1/2
tsp.
garlic powder
2
c.
chicken broth
1
c.
wild rice
uncooked*
1/4
tsp.
dried thyme
2
c.
half and half
1/2
c.
frozen chopped onions
5
medium carrots
peeled and finely chopped
3
ribs celery
finely chopped
1
TBS
dried parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the half and half in your slow cooker. Stir very well.
Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours until rice is tender.
Add in half and half and stir well.
Cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes until warmed through.
