Ingredients

medium-size boneless skinless chicken breasts

cup
salsa
any variety
1/2
cup
frozen or canned corn
1/2
cup
black beans
Salt & pepper to taste
Rice
Instructions
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and salt & pepper to season.
Pour salsa, corn and black beans on top of the chicken.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
Once the chicken is done, shred and add back to the slow cooker, mixing with the other ingredients.
Serve over rice.
