Push 3 jumbo marshmallows onto the end of each lollipop stick.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat 2 cups of blue candy melts on 50% power for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Take this step slowly so you don’t overcook them!
Dip the end of your marshmallow pop into the melted blue candy melts, making sure to cover the top marshmallow in the melted blue candy.
Shake any excess melted candy off and place onto a piece of parchment paper.
Sprinkle white candy pearls or sprinkles onto the melted blue candy melts. (If you can find white star-shaped sprinkles, they are perfect for these marshmallow pops!)
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 2 cups of red candy melts on 50% power for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Scoop the melted red candy in a decorating bag or sandwich bag and cut a small tip off the end.
Use the decorating bag to drizzle the red melted candy melts in stripes onto the 2 remaining marshmallows.
