or your favorite cut of meat, cut into 1-inch pieces

bag frozen mixed vegetables

small onion
chopped

diced celery

can diced potatoes

beef broth

Instructions
To get started, chop your meat, onion, and celery.
Pour beef broth and water into the Crockpot then add the tomato paste and seasoned salt. Whisk together.
Add the chopped meat to the liquid.
Add the frozen vegetables, potatoes, onion, and celery.
Mix to combine.
Put the lid on your slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for about 3-4 hours.
Stir then add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
