Slow Cooker Italian Beef
Crock Pot Italian Beef sandwiches are simple to make. If you need an easy lunch or dinner idea, you can make the roast beef ahead and enjoy it when you're ready!

chuck roast

teaspoon
of salt

teaspoon
of garlic powder
1
teaspoon
of onion powder
½
teaspoon
of pepper
½
tablespoon
chopped or dried parsley
1
tablespoon
Italian seasoning
1
can of beef broth
1
cup
sliced banana peppers with juice
Serve with:
Rolls or sandwich buns
Provolone cheese
if desired
Instructions
Place the roast in slow cooker. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
Pour beef broth over meat.
Top with banana peppers and juice.
Cook on HIGH (3-4 hours) or LOW (6 hours).
Take cooked meat out and shred with a fork.
Put meat back into slow cooker and stir to combine it with the juices.
Serve on a roll topped with cheese and banana peppers, if desired.
Notes
Total calories depends on the type of roll or bun you serve the sandwiches on. Calorie count will also change if you serve with cheese.
