Wash and peel the carrots. Then chop into equal-sized pieces.
Place carrots in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, minced garlic, and paprika.
Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 360°F for 20 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time.
Once the carrots have reached desired tenderness, season with salt and pepper.
Then remove from the air fryer basket and top with shredded parmesan. Garnish with parsley flakes if desired.
Notes
