Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Add the butter, brown sugar, honey, Allspice, and water to the pan.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Add the carrots and mix to coat. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once carrots are tender, continue to heat until glaze thickens (5-10 minutes).
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can also substitue Pumpkin Pie Spice for Allspice in this recipe. You'll get a very similar flavor.You can use whole carrots instead of baby carrots. If you use whole carrots you’ll want to slice them or chop them into similar sized pieces so they cook evenly. Please note: All nutritional values are estimates.
