In a large bowl, mix together the bananas, eggs, oil, milk, vanilla, salt, and sugar.
Once well mixed, add in Bisquick and nuts, if desired.
Pour batter into the loaf pan.
Bake the banana bread for 45-50 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the middle of the loaf of bread. When it comes out clean, you know your bread is done.
Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes.
Use a knife to loosen the edges of the bread from the loaf pan. Place loaf on a wire rack to cool completely.
