Add eggs and cake mix. Stir until ingredients are mixed well.
Pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes.
Use a toothpick to check that loaf is fully cooked. Poke into the center of the banana bread. If it comes out clean, remove from the oven.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Then remove the loaf from the pan and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
You can also use 2-3 mini loaf pans. You may need to reduce the baking time. Check the loaves at 45 minutes.If you make banana bread muffins, check the muffins at 20 minutes.
