Place the pickles on a paper towel lined sheet and allow to drain for 5 minutes.
Mix together the flour, milk, egg, seasoning salt and salt in a shallow bowl. Pour the breadcrumbs in a separate shallow bowl.
Dip each pickle in the flour mixture, then the breadcrumbs. Place the pickles on a plate and allow to rest for five minutes.
Place the pickles in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. Spray with nonstick cooking spray or line the air fryer basket with a liner, if desired, to prevent sticking.
Cook at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes, until pickles are golden brown. Continue cooking in batches until all the pickles have been cooked.
