elbow macaroni

extra sharp cheddar cheese
shredded

cups
whole milk
room temperature
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the noodles to the baking dish.
Cover the pasta with the milk, salt, pepper and half the cheese. Stir to mix the ingredients together.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven and stir the pasta to keep it from sticking.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and return to the oven to cook an additional 25 minutes.
