Air fried potato wedges are an easy to make side dish that is always a hit!

large russet potatoes
cut into wedges

tablespoon
vegetable oil

tablespoon
seasoning salt

Instructions
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
Place the potato wedges in a bowl and cover them with cold water.
Allow to soak for 10 minutes, then strain and rinse the potatoes. Blot the potatoes dry with a paper towel, then transfer them to a bowl.
Toss the potatoes with vegetable oil and seasoning salt.Spread the potatoes in an even layer in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes, tossing halfway through the cook time.
Continue cooking in batches until all the wedges have been cooked.
