Instructions
Stir the flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a medium mug.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients in the mug and stir to combine.
Cook in the microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds.
If your cake is still wet, cook in additional 10-15 second increments until it is sticky to the touch.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top of the cake and allow to cool before serving.
