Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breast
cubed

chicken broth

pineapple juice

soy sauce

brown sugar

tomato paste

ginger
grated

garlic
minced

can
pineapple chunks/tidbits

tsp
pepper
green onions
chopped
white rice
cooked
Instructions
Place the chicken in Instant Pot with chicken broth. Set to high pressure for 15 minutes. Release pressure when the time is complete.
Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, tomato sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Whisk well.
Set Instant Pot to saute mode. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well over chicken. The sauce will begin to thicken over chicken. Top with pepper.
While chicken is cooking, prepare rice according to the directions on the package.
Once sauce is thickened around the chicken, use a fork to shred the chicken.
Add in most of the pineapple and mix.
Serve pressure cooker Teriyaki Chicken over rice. Garnish with chopped green onions and some of the remaining pineapple.
