St. Patrick's Day Chocolate Mint Bark
Ingredients
Chocolate Almond Bark
Grasshopper Cookies
or Thin Mints
Pretzel sticks
Green M&Ms
Sprinkles
Instructions
Melt almond bark according to the directions on the packaging or over lowest heat on the stove.
Break pretzel sticks in half and sprinkle on parchment paper covered baking sheet.
Chop cookies into small pieces and sprinkle over pretzels.
Add M&Ms to the pretzel and cookie mix.
Pour melted chocolate over the mixture.
Sprinkle with colored sprinkles, if desired.
Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until cooled completely.
Break or cut into pieces.
Serve and enjoy.
