Macaroni and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients

oz.
elbow macaroni
4
c.
sharp cheddar cheese
1
c.
milk
2
TBS
butter
melted
1
tsp.
dry mustard
1
tsp.
salt
1
TBS
hot water
1
egg
beaten
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
Boil macaroni and drain well. Transfer to baking dish.
Add butter and egg. Mix well. Add 3 cups cheese. Stir well.
In a small bowl combine mustard and salt. Add hot water and mix well.
Add to 1 cup milk and stir again.
Pour milk mixture over macaroni and add remaining 1 cup cheese to top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set and browned on top.
