These brown sugar cinnamon carrots are the perfect side dish for any meal! They'll remind you of Thanksgiving carrots, but try them at Easter, Christmas, or even on a Sunday night! They pair well with so many main dishes! Using the Crockpot makes them so easy to make!
If using whole carrots instead of baby carrots, wash, peel, and chop into similar sized chunks.
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and add carrots.
Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave.
Mix in honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour glaze over carrots and toss to coat.
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
Garnish with parsley flakes, if desired, and enjoy!
Notes
You can use whole carrots for this recipe as well! It just adds a bit of time to the prep. I also recommend using Slow Cooker Liners for even easier clean up!Please note: All nutritional values are estimates. Exact values depend on the specific products used.
