Crockpot Cheesy Ranch Potatoes
This easy potato side dish is easy to make in the slow cooker! Full of savory flavors of bacon, ranch, and cheese, these potatoes are perfect with any meal.

Ingredients

red potatoes
cut into ½ inch pieces

ranch dressing

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

slices
bacon
cooked and chopped
Instructions
Spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Place cubed potatoes in the bowl of the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing and sour cream. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and pour over the top of the potatoes.
Layer with shredded cheese and then stir until potatoes are well coated.
Cook the potatoes on LOW for 4-5 or on HIGH for 3 hours (until the potatoes are tender).
Top with chopped bacon before serving.
Notes
You can use real bacon bits instead of chopped bacon.
