7 Up Biscuits
(or other lemon-lime soda)
full fat sour cream
Preheat oven to 450°F and pour melted butter into a 7x11 baking dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together the Bisquick, sour cream, and soda until combined.
Sprinkle additional Bisquick or flour on a flat surface and knead the dough a few times until it’s no longer sticky.
Press or roll the dough until it’s around ½ inch thick. Use a biscuit cutter or large round cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits.
Place the biscuits in the melted butter and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
Remove from pan and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
