I recently learned that up to 90% of Americans aren’t getting enough fruits and vegetables. And up to 90% of us might be falling short of getting the key nutrients we need each day!

This is a weakness I know that we have in my busy family. This is why New! One A Day with Nature’s Medley has become part of our daily routine for nutritional support. It’s my new secret weapon in helping me care for my family.

They’re helping me up my nutrition game!

They also helped me realize that I needed to up my healthy snack game a bit. This is how I discovered apple nachos.

Ingredients needed to make Apple Nachos

    Apple Nachos Ingredients

For this batch of Apple Nachos, we used the following ingredients.

    • 1-2 Honeycrisp apples, sliced
    • 1/2 cup French vanilla yogurt dip
    • 4 large strawberries, diced
    • 15-20 fresh blueberries
    • 1/2 kiwi, diced
    • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
