AN INHERITANCE TO DIE FOR
I got the chance to screen the movie this week before the premiere on Sunday. I PROMISE NOT TO SPOIL ANYTHING! But if you love Hallmark movies and you love mysteries, I think you’re going to have a great time watching Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: An Inheritance to Die For!
One of my favorite things to do is try and guess what’s going on. I’ll admit that I’m not often very good at guessing whodunnit and I wasn’t this time either, but I sure had a good time trying to figure it out!
I love that the movie starts with a murder mystery party! Growing up, my friends and I used to do murder mystery parties (we were theater kids) so it was fun to see this in the movie. The costumes are really cool.
In An Inheritance to Die For, Allison’s aunt is poisoned fairly early on so the rest of the movie is all about the investigation and figuring out what happened. I prefer it that way when I watch a mystery. I like getting into the nitty-gritty of putting all the pieces together and seeing how they handle it.
What’s great about the movie is that it has everything I look for in a Hallmark movie. It has surprises, twists, turns, and the romance we must have!
I will be live-tweeting during the premiere of An Inheritance to Die For on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries this Sunday at 9pm/8c using the hashtags #AuroraTeagarden #AuroraTeagardenMysteries and #Sleuthers. I hope you’ll join me! I want to see if you can figure out whodunnit!
