1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 16-ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables

½ cup water or milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Bisquick
½ cup milk
