During the school year, you can find us on the go all the time. We seem to always be at the baseball field, dance studio, or at a birthday party. I also spend a lot of time in the car rider line during the school year too. Mom needs her snacks in all of those situations and making good choices can be challenging if I’m not prepared.

Now that the kids are getting older, summers are just as busy. Whether we’re traveling, hanging out at the pool, playing at the playground, or hanging out with friends, I find myself still depending on snacks that are easy to take on the go!

That’s how almonds first came into my life as one of the healthy snack options I’ve come to depend on. My busy life and my desire to make better food choices.

They have protein, fiber and healthy which makes them a great snack option and helps me avoid other things I might want to munch on when we’re hanging by the pool or even when we head out to the movies!

The bags are also perfect for encouraging my kids to make better snack choices by making it more fun! They love making butterfly snack bags and helping fill them with their favorite snacks.
