    Halloween can be more than candy, candy, and more candy! There are fun ways to make themed snacks for your kids while still celebrating the fun of the season. This edible witches broomstrick craft is actually a great snack for the kids! If you’re allowed to bring homemade items to classroom Halloween parties, it can be a fun addition to the class party as well!

    Edible Witches Broomstick Craft

    I call this a witches broomstick craft but really it’s an edible snack so it can do double duty! It’s definitely a cute addition to any Halloween party good. And how cute would it be as part of an after school snack? It’s an easy way to balance out some of that candy that Halloween is known for!

    I’ve included a few affiliate links for some of the supplies in case you need to order them!

    Make this Edible Witches Broomstick Craft as a fun Halloween snack idea for kids! This Halloween craft also doubles as a fun snack idea!

    What You Need:

    • 1 package of mozzarella string cheese sticks
    • 1 bag of pretzel sticks
    • Black Licorice Laces
    • Kitchen scissors

    What You Do:

    1. Cut each piece of string cheese into 4 equal parts.
    2. Take one pretzel stick and push into one end of each piece of string cheese.
    3. At the other end of the cheese use scissors cut half way up the cheese 6 slits.
    4. Tie a piece of black licorice just above the slits you cut.

    Ingredients
