Elf on the Shelf Ideas: Get Crafty

This week I have been sharing Elf on the Shelf ideas that are affordable and easy to plan. Because I’ll admit that otherwise our elf isn’t getting any action around here. W loves doing crafts these days and the holiday season is a great time to get crafty. So instead of planning an entirely different activity for the elf, I decided he could easily play delivery man again!

If you need more ideas, check out all of my Elf on the Shelf ideas!

Elf on the Shelf: Get Crafty

If you have a craft that you’ve been waiting to do with your kids, why not have your elf deliver it one morning? He (or she) could bring a craft kit for them to do or you could gather all of the materials and set them out with your elf. If you don’t want to get all of the materials out and leave them laying out, the elf could always leave a note explaining that he brought you (the parent) a great family activity.

Getting crafty is also a great way to make family memories. If you’re looking for holiday craft kids for kids, check out my Craft Stick Snowflakes for a very easy project that the entire family can do! You can turn them into ornaments and even use them as homemade gift options!

So check out your craft cabinet and pull out something to do with the kids this holiday break. Then have your elf deliver the project and cross another day off your calendar!

What craft would you love to do with your kids this holiday season?
