Baked Crunchy Fish Sticks Macaroni Casserole
Around here, we’re all about family-friendly meals. That means I depend on certain brands that have been kid-approved in our house when I’m making meals. What You Need:
- 3 cups Macaroni and Cheese (to make it easier, I bought pre-package macaroni and cheese that we just had to heat)
- 10 Gorton’s Crunchy Fish Sticks
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
What You Do:
- Heat over to 400 degrees.
- Prepare frozen peas, fish sticks, and macaroni and cheese according to directions on packaging.
- Cut baked fish sticks into quarters.
- In a large bowl, mix the macaroni and cheese, peas, and fish sticks together.
- Spray an 8×6 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray then pour mixture into dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven and top with cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
