How to Make Egg Omelet Bites

The great thing about these little egg omelet bites is that they are perfect for personalizing to meet everyone’s tastes.

You can add cheese for those who don’t like to go too crazy or you can add all sorts of veggies to enjoy an even healthier take. And if you’re like Justin and like all of those breakfast meats, you can load up your bites with bacon, ham, and sausage!

Learning how to make egg omelet bites has made weekend breakfast with the family fun! This is one of my favorite easy breakfast ideas!

I love using Eggland’s Best eggs because compared to ordinary eggs, “EB” eggs have four our times more vitamin D, keeping your bones and muscles strong. They’re beneficial to heart health, as they contain double the omega-3s and have ten times more vitamin E than ordinary eggs too!

Weston doesn’t eat much these days so I’m all about packing in the nutrition when he does!

These egg omelet bites were definitely kid approved! It was hard to keep Carrigan’s plate full!

The great thing about learning how to make egg omelet bites is that they are kid approved! My kids loved the bite size and it was great to see them eat some protein at breakfast!
