Kellogg’s joyböl for Busy Moms on the Go

Family Life

Life has gotten busier the past few weeks. I find myself running around trying to get all of the supplies we need for school, waiting in the car while my daughter is in dance class, and spending a lot of time volunteering at the baseball field. I’ll admit that being so busy means I’m not stopping to make the best food choices for myself.

Kellogg’s joyböl has become my new go-to to help me get the energy I did whether it’s breakfast to start the busy day or a boost at snack time to keep me going.

This post is sponsored by Kellogg’s. All opinions are my own.

EASY SNACK FOR MOMS ON THE GO

When I need a quick breakfast or snack, it can be so easy to reach from something that is super convenient. I keep protein bars and yogurt in the fridge, but sometimes I find myself reaching for other options that are easy but really don’t give me the fuel I need to make it through my busy days right now.

Kellogg’s joyböl is now one of my favorite ways to get a filling breakfast or snack that is packed with real ingredients like fruit, chocolate, nuts, and granola. Each one packs double-digit protein and they taste amazing. If you’ve ever had a smoothie bowl, Kellogg’s joyböl is a similar vibe.

Kellogg's joybol flavors

Kellogg’s joyböl comes in three delicious flavors (and yes, I’ve tried ALL three):

  • Strawberry Almond Quinoa
  • Superberries Chia
  • Chocolate Hazelnut

All of the flavors are granola smoothie bowls that are portable mini-meals. They can seriously go anywhere with you!

Strawberry joybol with spoon

My biggest discovery was how easy it is to prepare my Kellogg’s joyböl. I was thinking they had to be refrigerated or something. But no! All you need is cold water or milk! You add your water or milk, stir it well, and enjoy it!

You don’t need a blender or a refrigerator or a barista to make a delicious granola smoothie bowl! Just follow the three simple steps:

  1. Add cold water.
  2. Stir.
  3. Go!

I can enjoy them pretty much anywhere I go. My favorite place is while I’m waiting in the car outside of the dance studio for my daughter to finish her class. The air conditioner is running and I can sit in the quiet or listen to some of my favorite music.

Each Kellogg’s joyböl has 10-11g of protein and 4-5g of fiber. They are all non GMO and have no artificial flavors.

While I enjoy all three flavors, the two with berries are my favorite. I’m a huge fan of anything that involves strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries.

Strawberry Almond Quinoa joybol

The Strawberry Almond with Quinoa is a delicious mix of whole grain oats, almonds, quinoa, and dried strawberries. The Superberries with Chia has who grain oats, dried cranberries, chia seeds, and dried blackberries.

I love both of these as an easy breakfast option.

But I’ve discovered that the Chocolate Hazelnut with Chia joyböl is the perfect mid-day snack! I find myself craving a bit of sweet about mid-afternoon. The combination of whole grain oats, hazelnuts, semisweet chocolate, coconut, and chia seeds definitely tackles that craving. With 10g of protein, it keeps me going through the rest of the afternoon.

 Chocolate Hazelnut joybol

I’ve been putting in long hours volunteering at our local little league and when it gets later in the evening and I’m craving a sweet snack, the Chocolate Hazelnut with Chia is the joyböl I find myself reaching for. It’s definitely better than the other choices I had been reaching for when I needed that snack to keep me going.

One of the keys to taking care of myself is making sure I have convenient options for when I’m on the go. Kellogg’s joyböl gives me the convenience I need while making sure I’m fueled up for whatever is on my plate each day. Oh, and they all taste so good too.

ENJOY ANYTIME, ANYWHERE!

Perfect for this busy mom!
