My family loves pasta dishes but I will admit that I run out of ideas and end up doing the same dishes again and again. Then Krista from Everyday Mom’s Meals reminds of a simple dish that I haven’t made in years with her Mom’s Goulash recipe!

I also love how easy this is to prepare. J has been wanting to help more when it comes to meal prep but he sometimes feels intimidated. This goulash recipe is straight forward enough that I think he could step into the kitchen with confidence! It’s also a great one for me to throw together when I want a good one pan/pot recipe.

I love goulash. My moms recipe is delicous but it has green peppers in it which i love but my kids dont so I dont make it very often. I should try this recipe out since it doesnt have green peppers and see if they like it.

This sounds so good. One thing i do is add corn in my goulash. I know it seems weird but it is so good. We eat corn or salad with pasta all the time and I thought why no just add it in the goulash.
