If your kids play sports like mine do, there are going to be minor injuries to deal with from time to time. There will also be those days when one of them wakes up complaining of not feeling well when they have a game the next day! CareNow Urgent Care makes it easy to get quick healthcare when you need it!

    QUICK HEALTHCARE FOR SPORTS FAMILIES

Recently, I shared about the ways CareNow Urgent Care can help busy families, but now that fall baseball is in full swing, urgent care is even important to me.

I’ll be the first to admit that you’ll find us making a good handful of visits to urgent care once summer is over and we’re back in the swing of our busy lives. With over 100 locations across the country, CareNow is an alternative to the emergency room for issues that aren’t quite that serious.

Need to protect your family with flu shots? CareNow is there to help with all of these things and can also handle the minor illnesses that pop up once school starts.

CareNow treats a wide variety of minor illnesses and injuries. Some of the conditions they treat include:

    • Colds
    • Cuts
    • Ear Infection
    • Flu
    • Headache
    • Hives
    • Pink Eye
    • Sore Throat
    • Strained Muscle
    • UTI
    • and many more!

If you’ve got a game coming up or a dance rehearsal that can’t be missed, you can feel confident that CareNow is there for your family. Many CareNow Urgent Care clinics are open in the evenings and on the weekends. Hours vary by location, so find the clinic closest to you for specific hours.

I love that no appointment is necessary and walk-in patients are always welcome!

CONVENIENCE THAT WORKS FOR BUSY FAMILIES

When you’re balancing sports practices and game days, finding time to sit and wait to be seen for an injury or illness can feel like a huge burden. I like knowing how long things are going to take and when they’re going to happen. While I know things can be unpredictable when someone wakes up not feeling great, I like to have as much control as possible!

Thankfully CareNow offers Web Check-In that allows you to check-in online before you go to the clinic. It helps reduce your wait time when you finally arrive at the clinic. It’s like saving your spot in line so you can get in and out quicker!

    CareNow Urgent Care Waiting Room

If you have a child that needs healthcare services, asking them to sit in a waiting room for long periods of time doesn’t help things at all! I’m so glad CareNow gives us an option to help make that part of things easier for us!

We can get everyone feeling better and get back out on the ball field as soon as possible! I’m a baseball mom who lives for being at the ballpark and I want to be out there cheering on my favorite players. Getting everyone feeling well and taken care of is a top priority!

You can also find a location near you so you can have peace of mind that you’ll know where to go if you need a visit to urgent care this sports season!
