Trying To Conceive Tips - If you're thinking about having another baby while balancing your current family life, these simple trying to conceive tips may help! The first tip is probably my favorite!

    Trying to Conceive Tips

When your days are filled with all the responsibilities of being a parent, trying to conceive can feel like a bit of a different journey than it was before.

I’ve been through it and figured out some trying to conceive tips that work with my busy life. These days it’s important that I make the most of the time we have.

It’s really all about practical trying to conceive tips now that I’m a busy parent.

If you're thinking about having another baby while balancing your current family life, these simple trying to conceive tips may help!

    Staying focused on the present.

It can be so easy to start focusing completely on trying to conceive. I thought after having one child, I would be more relaxed about it but it’s so easy to obsess over every little thing when you’re trying to conceive.

For me, it can get me really stressed out.

To keep myself relaxed about it, I get prepared but I also do my best to focus on the moment. It’s so easy to think about what we want to get in the end but I don’t want to spend the days trying to conceive missing out on what’s actually happening in my life right now!

I focus on the journey to help myself stay more relaxed about the entire process.

If you're thinking about having another baby while balancing your current family life, these simple trying to conceive tips may help!

    Getting familiar with my body.

I love research, numbers, calculations, and things like that. My whole family knows I have a geek side.

So one of the trying to conceive tips that helps me the most is collecting information on my body, my cycles, and how we can make the most of our time each month to have the best chance.

With my first pregnancy, I took my temperature every morning and tracked all sorts of information about my body. Now that I’m living the busy mom life, I still want all the knowledge I can get but I also need everything to be pretty simple these days.

The Clearblue® Connected Ovulation Test System has been a great solution for me!

If you're thinking about having another baby while balancing your current family life, these simple trying to conceive tips may help!

It’s the newest offering from Clearblue® and I love that incorporates technology I use every single day. It’s the first and only system to track two unique hormones now with connectivity to a smartphone, helping women get pregnant faster.1

It was also super easy to set up and get connected!

If you're thinking about having another baby while balancing your current family life, these simple trying to conceive tips may help!

The convenience of having an app to track my cycle and collect my own hormone data is just what I need. I can use the information to compare multiple cycles and share the information with Justin or my doctor if needed.

Pairing the accuracy of a Clearblue® Connected Ovulation Test System with the convenience of an app makes getting to know my body easy for me and helps us know my most fertile days.

That is what is helping us maximize our chances of getting pregnant. Since we already have two kids, time is definitely at a premium around here!

If you're thinking about having another baby while balancing your current family life, these simple trying to conceive tips may help!

Continue to give your relationship attention.

It’s so easy to be completely focused on trying to conceive and making that precious time together as a couple be focused solely on that.

One of my most basic trying to conceive tips is to continue to focus on your relationship. Justin and I already take time to go on regular date nights together. When we’re trying to conceive, we keep that routine in place.

We make sure that we’re taking time together that’s not only physical but gives us time to just connect as the couple and parents we are right now.

Of course, we make sure to get everything we need to do physically done. It’s another reason the Clearblue® Connected Ovulation Test System has been an asset. It helps us know when the best times are!

If you're thinking about having another baby while balancing your current family life, these simple trying to conceive tips may help!

    Taking care of my body.

I’ve been working on taking better care of myself and not only putting myself at the bottom of the list.

No matter how busy life gets, I’m staying focused on this. While trying to conceive, this means some simple things:

    • Watching my weight before we start trying to conceive.
    • Exercise regularly at a moderate level. (It’s not the time I start training for a half marathon.)
    • Eat a well-balanced diet. (When I’m stressed out this is sometimes the first thing to go, so I stay focused on it.)
    • Take vitamins and supplements designed to support conception and pregnancy.
    • Make sure I get time to rest.
    • Take time for self-care to keep stress levels in check.

When you’re trying to conceive in the middle of busy family life, the best advice I have is to do what you can but try to keep as much balance as you can in your life.

The Clearblue® Connected Ovulation Test System makes tracking so easy and has personalized reminders, digital results, and syncs with your smartphone!

It’s easy to understand what’s going on with your body which can help you feel more balanced throughout the process! No matter how busy you are, you can use these basic trying to conceive tips to make the process work for you!
