milk

granola with dried fruit and nuts
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Line muffin tin with paper cupcake liners and spray inside of liners with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together eggs, milk, and salt.
Add granola and mix well.
Pour into muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
