Instructions
Place the scallops on a paper towel lined plate and dry the scallops to soak up extra moisture from the packaging. You can pat them lightly to absorb the moisture.
Transfer the scallops to a bowl and toss with olive oil, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
Place the scallops in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping the scallops halfway through the cook time.
When ready to serve, prepare the butter sauce. Melt butter then add the garlic and parsley.
Garnish scallops with additional parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
