Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and apple pie spice.
Stir in most of the chopped apples, keeping some back for the top of the dip.
Spread the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish
TOPPING
Combine the all purpose flour, 1/3 cup of brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and melted butter in a small mixing bowl. The mixture will be crumbly.
Sprinkle the remaining apples and the streusel topping over top of the cream cheese mixture. You don't have to use all of the streusel mixture, just what you need.
Bake for 12- 15 minutes.
Allow the dip to cool slightly and enjoy with your favorite dippers.
Notes
STORAGE: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or enjoy it cold.
